A decent coach would assist in planning your race schedule

I vote to blackball him or whatever the technical term is now for not letting him in

Even if he doesn't want in we shouldn't let him in just in case it's a double double bluff saying he doesn't when really he's saying he does but doesn't really want to ask and hopes somebody will ask him

Unless he's really fat and can shelter us all from the snow and wind of winter suffering then let him think we won't let him in so that he joins to spite us

Dip my toe into the B group was good fun even with old sore legs wouldn't say I competed in the group but was ok for most of it until 3 laps to go in the final race where I cramped up , blaming Charlie for this , but good to get a night racing on the track again roll on next week

I ride 50:14 which is 96 inches approx , likely to change it to 52 :15 which is 94 inches , gearing depends on what you want it for a lot of riders like riding a big front ring so they get a road cadence, others ride a smaller gear to improve leg speed

So anything that gives you 90 to 94 inches would be good

Actually wasn't that bad , bit of a shower towards inverkip, but arrived at the BB fairly dry, hard wind all the way round, mind you we deliberately stuck to an endurance ride which suited me as my shoulders and back are agony ( after weights on Monday ) Came back up the Healy and kibirnie where it started raining a bit harder but it's all down hill from there

Knackered at the end as its been a month since my last ride only downside my garmin 1000 stopped working and so far hasn't started working again

Me and MrC are going round the coast ( BB ) 1000 Morrisons

Me went for B for track time rather than ability

Those that are thinking about spending money on new wheels or tech don't until you get this done this will make you faster , do this then get a good coach

I am more likely to ride the C group however the duration of the races are far too short which makes it not very good value for money,
