Really enjoyed my first chain gang, hope to make next weeks. Great weather tonight which always helps and well done Emma for coming along and giving me a tow along Georgetown road....

Well that was the hardest thing I have done on a bike so far but loved it. Could not believe the pace of the riders and ended up on my own personal time trial. Thanks to Ian Coutie for the encouragement at the top of the hill, on last lap I was pedalling squares. Not so much thanks to Ginty and the two Alan's, drinking cold beers while others are suffering, mental torture. Thanks to Mark O, Paul. Billy, Charlie and all others who offered kind words at start and end. Knackered, burnt and aching in places I did not know existed but I'll be back for more.

Enjoyed the very brief run today. After leaving Ian and Davie had an uneventful ride to Beith and back through Lochwinnoch. Hope all got back ok and sorry to Charlie and the rest of the bunch for having to do the golf course hill again, nearly killed me first time around, so great effort to end up doing twice!

Road race for me

Myself and big Alan did the run to Dunoon today. Brilliant day, weather brilliant, legs grubbed.

Can't make the club run on Sunday, so myself and Alan Michael are heading out tomorrow. 08.00 at Erskine Bridge for run to Dunoon. Weather on Sat suppose to be the better day

More the merrier.......

Family do can't make it
