Although the weather was atrocious and cutting out box and leith hill, a pretty decent day all in.
Managed to do 85 miles in 4 hours 25 minutes riding time. No major issues until right at the finish!
Managed to take a header over the handle bars right on finish line, all thanks to some nugget taking a selfie, who then dropped his phone and decided to stop in middle of road to go back and pick it up. Nô major damage but managed to do if right in front of cameras and VIP tents. Of course told said gentleman where to go!
Hope Charlie, Ian and the rest of the wheelers had a better time of it
Cheers for now and back out in a week or so

Apologies guys but did not want to hold you back. Nothing in the legs today and ended up pootling along to Rowerdinin at 17-18 mph. Bit better on way back with wind at back and did 65 miles as tried to ride through the tiredness. Just one of those days......

Well done Alan sounds like a great ride. Brilliant effort mate 188.8 miles, with distances like that you'll be the wheel to follow on next years liege, Bastogne, liege.....
