Vg good run today!tuf cond lumpy roads plenty hills one or two v-steep! Good morale and a few Guys i have never met b4 as av only bn mem since March,rekon there was roughly 17 in bunch which Helped to keep the wind off each other,well done to everyone and especially the new comers to main bunch as its never easy riding above ure comfort zone ! Paul u have obviously done this b4 lol and giving me a geog lesson into the bargain! This sounds a lumpy route as explained there frm paul and a dnt think a have went over this hill but have bn down galston way,we probably bloused out trans hill and went another way cheers paul and billy J

Could someone tell us where trans hill is as a thot It was dundonald,,,!is it near galston am sure ive climbed it when at fwcc,sounds a gd route aswell,andy u are one of us now and u need never let darkest ayrshire bother u again ! J

Enjoyable day today with the guys, nice to meet a few new faces hope you got alot out of it tday,the intermediates excellent effort from u all and helped make up a sizeable bunch,mark a think U will need a new voice box after today!a think everyone shld b shouting more then the bunch Can communicate with each other for a more controlled ride,ma highlight of the day was catchin couttie halfway up sinclair st after at the bottom there was money changing hands to allow for a good head start up the hill ! As i softly krept up on couttie i couldnt help but notice a hand going to the back and stupidly thot that there was a parked car ahead then as i focused more on the hand i noticed that it had became two fingered gesture,and as i passed the GENTLEMAN IN QUESTION words of encouragement were sounded my way lol ! Really enjoyed tday with 109mls to fin,paul sorry a wasnt paying attention to the rd to kilbarchen ! Cheers j

Good run today dnt knw what was worse the Fairlie moor or soakin on way up ! Ian very good on hills especially the fm A did notice powder traces however at our table In the bb and therefor ure effort will not count ! Ended up 57mls but felt alot more,good turnout today And everyone on gd form Davie glad u got home ok and hope u get ure bike sorted out mate,great run Cheers john

Just a wee word to charlie and chung hope ure injuries are gettin better fast guys,chung ule b back on the rd soon i presume! charlie a bit longer if any consolation the TDF with it being a centenery 100 a think it shld b a cracker that shld get ure time in quicker and u shld b fighting fit soon afterwards wish use both a speedy recovery back to fitness. Andy , that sounds ok if u want to make it more interesting down the track to lochwin and on to main rd and turn right after old st josephs nursing home then up hill all the way to kilbirnie, õnce into kilb head twards largs then cutoff down swinless rd nice decent bringing us into dalry for the alp de moors just to add some more spice :-)

Am happy todo either but apr mite b better disipline but thats ma personal opinion and am far from expert,a knw if u do them consistently u will get fitter quicker,al commite masel coming out for these especially barmill as a knw every pothole but the numbers are prob the only thing that mite let this down cheers john
