Having looked at the forecast myself this morning I have to say I tend to agree with Ramsay's approach of going on the Turbo trainer instead. I'm not around in the afternoon i'm afraid.... Having said that since I did post the run, if anyone is still keen to go i'm happy to stick with it and brave the weather.......... Andy

Didnt manage to make it this morn unfortunately, I ended up in work all day. Didn't feel so bad tho when I passed you guys slogging it out on the way into Dunlop into the driving rain and freezing temperatures. Well done guys it looked painful!!..... Cheers Andy D
