Alan apologies for digressing. Tapering for the Etape Caledonia this week. (I am better at tapering than cycling I believe!!) so I will be have an easy hour or so on Thursday. APR was great fun a couple of weeks back but I am also in need of hill work. Alternating weeks would be ideal. Tom
