Hopefully treasurer will post details of full range of membership prices as soon as possible. Fee's can be paid in person at clubrooms on Friday night or by post to Martin Keir . If you send a personal message he will send add. ( best not to post add. on web for security reasons) ps an ommission at AGM was enforcement of the 2/3rds. majority ruling in some motions . This oversight has been noted and will not affect any changes made at the AGM, it is merely pointed out for future notice. Kenny MacD

  16. Over the years we have tried many courses at night. Inchinnan Ind. Est , Erskine , Linwood , Johnstone. Without a doubt Glengarnock is the best training course in Scotland , well lit , no dodgy corners and virtually traffic free. It may be a bit of a trek to get to it but it is the best  So will I be in attendance ? not in December Maybe in February when the weather takes a turn ( usually for the worst) meantime good luck & remember not to leave your best form at Glengarnock in January :?
  17. Oh Bonnie Scotland when will we see your like again , judging on last nights performance never hopefully. Just as well we saved you another embarressing Sunday run Stevie , On the other hand only six goals my sons team could have scored six against that team Especially that big Dundonian turnip in defence lets see you defend him Mr Mulholland? question :- what do dracula and the whole scotland team have in common ? answer :- a fear of crosses so expect another roasting this Sunday ,Stevie as no one can slag of Scotland like the Scots.
  18. Due to unsuitability of the current date for a large amount of people , especially prizewinners. I am proposing to postpone this event untill January , with 17th as first choice for new date. Can I have feedback asap regarding suitability of new date. kenny MacD

  22. The first ever Braveheart fundraising dinner was a great success, the club was represented by :- Dougie ( the raffle king ), Kat , George , Derek , Alison the mad bidder , and yours truly. Meal was excellent , drink was good ,and whole night was great. The auction was manic , and brilliant fun. The event raised over £3000 for development of cycling talent. We bid for and won Scott Sunderlands signed jersey, Ian Dooley bought Chris Hoys world championship signed jersey , and then gifted it to the club. 8) Make sure and thank him next time you are in the shop. Both jerseys are getting framed and will be on view in clubrooms very shortly. Make sure you sign up for next years event , you wont be dissapointed

  24. Paul we have a club let on Saturday , so dont be surpised if hall is laid out on Friday night. I have given drama group a key & they are going down on Friday morning to check out hall. If you can can you check toilets have toilet rolls and towels in dispensers ( towels under sink in kitchen ) Hope you get a couple of takers on Friday . Kenny MacD
  25. Alan quite a few folk have expressed an interest in anoother video bike set up night. Hopefully they will respond and let us set up a date for this. Pedalling using one leg is a routine used to get used to pushing down and pulling up. Keep both feet on the pedals and only use one leg at atime to push , the other leg just turns with the pedal. Alternate between legs, try it you will be amazed how quickly you adapt to the different style.
