2023 Subscriptions AlanT Posted May 8, 2017 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted May 8, 2017 Following some off line debate about who can take part in our confined events, Paul L and I have done some research looking at the BC rules, CTT rules and our own constitution. The following is the definitive statement on who can take part for this season. 1. Club members who do not hold a BC race licence. 2. BC licence holders, whose first club on their licence is Johnstone Wheelers. 3. Riders who are not affiliated to any club, and do not hold a BC race licence may enter as guests. 4. A maximum of 25 riders are permitted in any confined event. For the purposes of this post, a race licence issued by a foreign institution is considered equivalent to a BC race licence.
