Joined a group of guys who regularly do Saturday afternoons. 2 hours uncoached but the guys are all up for doing structured stuff and it was disciplined. Basically 2 sessions. First up 110 lap Russian steps. I lost it after 90 laps but a really good session. Then a 30 min session with the string of 15 riding at 25mph on blue line and first 4 working together to take a lap, shout as soon as on the back, next 4 go etc. This boiled down to last man standing which was not me!
