Committee Alan McLean Posted November 1, 2014 Committee Report Share Posted November 1, 2014 I have a old but well maintained rigid fork Trek MTB suitable for someone about 5' to 5'4". It is clean, works perfectly and the best bit is that it is blue and yellow, club colours! It is perfect for Jets training in Linwood gloop or along the cycle path. My garage is full and I would like to give this away with £1 to a club member who will look after it. If you take the pound and put the bike in a skip or break it for bits on ebay you will be cursed forever and forced to watch dvds of the Tour of Poland highlights on an endless loop. Committee Alan McLean Posted November 1, 2014 Author Committee Report Share Posted November 1, 2014 see re-cycle website, sorry no link. If none of you want it then it is off to Africa! Greenock Halfords will be sending off a container load at the beginning of the year. I will stuff a JWCC membership application form in the seat tube and see if anyone finds it. KennyS
A good cause. There's a guy in Kilbarchan who has been doing this individually since at least 2008.
