The only thing not included is pedals. It's always stored indoors, and was meticulously cleaned after every ride. I'm very particular on my bike maintenance. Sizing: I am approx 5'11 foot tall - I would say that is probably towards the upper limit for this frame size. At a guess, anyone 5' 8" to 6' 0" would be a good fit, but, I'm only advising.
