I made the run but really struggled on my way back and had to tell the guys to leave me at Dunlop so I could limp home without holding them back. I want to say a BIG thank you to the 3 guys (sorry my memory for names is terrible) who took me out on the Moscow loop, even though it was raining and I struggled on the return I loved the run. you were all very patient with me and very encouraging. I was hoping to do a 30 mile run at 9am this Sunday, is anyone going out?? I'll be there anyway and leave at 9am, hope to get some company. Bringing along my eldest, so would appreciate a nice steady run, but if the group is going too fast for us we'll peel off and do our own thing. What route were you thinking of?
