Frank Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 Having to do the full race distance this time definately cost me another 10th place! Arrived in plenty of time. Had pre-entered and felt good and relaxed. Unfortunately that didn't count for anything and it was all a bit of a struggle. Think I peaked last month and it's downhill from now on - how depressing!! Great ride by Vicky to be first girl back and take the prize. Superb effort on a tough day !Hello, beer !! Hoping for better things this weekend but looking at the course layout, I doubt it. Mike Ferguson Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 I was shelled out by the first group before the first turn on the first lap. Kept going for four laps as the other groups came passed. Can claim to have seen the three up sprint for the win but only because I was holding the chequered flag.
