I have tried to spread the referreeing around as equally as possible. Regarding arrangements: Oakenden are in the Ibis Hotel, York City Centre ESGL are in the York Backpackers Hostel in York City Centre Johnstone are camping on-site Dublin are either in the Holiday Inn next to the racecourse or camping Sanvic I think are camping St Pierre I am not sure about. Those of you that are camping, on arrival at the racecourse, tell the steward that you are camping and you will be directed to the camp-site. Once you are settled, please go to the HQ marquee near the trade show. Here you can book your pitches and make payment. If you want to have pitches together let them know and they will do their best to accomodate your requests. Those of you who are not camping, on arrival at the racecourse, tell the steward that you are competing in the Bicycle Polo tournament and ask to be directed to the exhibiitors car park next to the trade show. This is the nearest parking to the arenas. The Cycle Show has catering on site. There are a number of food outlets which will sell breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks. There are also a number of drinks outlets and a cycle trade show. The on-site caterers are holding a BBQ on saturday night, although I understand the Irish lads are bringing their own over (not sure if Evan has "blagged" the meat yet though!). Please can you all bring a suitable ball. Let's hope the weather holds out, I wish you all a safe jorney and I look forward to seeing you all on Friday or Saturday.
