Leaving Clubrooms Miller St at 8.15am to cycle to Wemyss Bay, Route is along cycle track to Kilmacolm to Port Glasgow via Clune Brae, pick up Inverkip Road to Wemyss Bay ferry Terminal for 9.45am Ferries to Rothesay, Colintraive and Sandbank to Gourock. Lunch taken at Dunoon. Run can be joined as far as Wemyss Bay and carry on to Largs if not comming over the water. Other options available are to drive to Ferry (leaves at 10.05am) or even train via Bishopton line to reduce mileage as will be approx 75 if cycling full route out and back to Johnstone ⛵🚤🚢 Dave martin 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
2023 Subscriptions Dave C Posted August 17, 2022 Author 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 17, 2022 Great run on Sunday with 23 cyclists including jets, parents,oldies and newbies. Met up with the Intermediates on Ferry home and up through Greenock, Port Glasgow. All the photos are on Strava and WhatsApp group, but i don't know how to get them onto my old PC here.
