John kindly pushed me much of the way home for a "new" ill-fitting chain. Pleasant trip with Dave and Amanda over Fairlie Moor and up Brisbane Glen. Got yelled at for bad cycling down the hill past Tate & Lyle . Lovely weather was a nice bonus and returning to work will now be bearable. Jim ps What happened to Paul and Stevie? Bob turned off at the top of the Whin, Stevie and I did a motor paced session to W kilbride (he was the motor !)
