It will be sometime in late November. Some thoughts for members:- A)club clothing :- who do we get to make clothing for season 2007? and what if any changes will we make to design ( bearing in mind our colours have been in existence since 1926) nominations for positions on comm. ( we need a new treasurer, Martin Keir is standing down due to family commitments) although all positions are open to nominations. c) club events 2007 , what ,where and who will organise? d) sponsorship :- Scottish leader - bow out this year. Do we have a replacement? any suggestions welcomed. these are just a few of the topics which will be on the agenda, suggestions for others should be submitted to either Ian Manson or myself in writing 2 weeks prior to AGM . Please note only items on agenda will be discussed and voting for changes will be in accordance with club constitution 2/3rds majority for changes to club constitution . All members are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM, details will be posted asap . Please do not discuss any issues related to AGM on the Bunch as it is not a member only platform . man5e Posted October 11, 2006 Report Share Posted October 11, 2006 The date of the meeting has been set for, Saturday 25 November 1400 Clubrooms As Kenny has noted below if you have any amendments, issues to be raised at the AGM can you please let one of us know, no later than 11 November. Have you thought of approaching Houston Brewing Company? They are a young company forging a good reputation for fine ales and Johnstone Wheelers may be a good 'fit' for them as an advertising medium. Please try and come along to support club . Club fees are due from this date and can be paid at end of meeting. A club clothing order will also be processed at end of meeting ( reminder we have new kit for next season due to change of sponsors) Dont worry you wont be pressganged into taking a position on comm.
