man5e Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 Not the greatest of turn outs for the first in the Chocolate series on what was a good night. We were saved by the Holmes clan who doubled the field. The riders and times were, 1. Vicky Begg 17.53 2. Mike Ferguson, 18.34 3. John Anderson, 18.43 4. Andy Holmes, 19.55 5. Willie Holmes, 21.27,,,,, completed with a flat tyre 6. Rachael Holmes, 21.37 Alan who was in chaperone mode looked after his nephews and neice although I did hear them muttering about slowing them down Vicky was starter and I timed the finishers having completed the course in a time of 16.09 on the second watch. Hope for greater numbers and the same weather for next week. In the absence of any other volunteers I will perform similar time keeping duties.
