Well done guys! I could have probably made it today, but saying as I struggle to keep upright in good conditions didn't fancy risking it. Been a while since I've been out on the road, I miss it.

Perfect conditions for a ride today and only got shouted at twice this week - and only once by Lewis - so I'm obviously making progress.

Uncomfortable pace from Largs onwards and after Kilwinning the concept of comfort was lost on me. Held on until barrhead through some canny wheel jumping rather than talent... bring on next week
