It was a really fantastic pace today, heads down and really strong team working. I started burning out on the hills on the return and thanks to Paul for helping me back on twice. The puncture at stewarton saved me getting properly dropped in the climb out! Brilliant ride!! Andy

That was a great run this morning though the pace on the westferry was blistering. Thanks to James for trying to get me back on. Andy

Okay so what key holders can accept a delivery of 14 cartons if beautiful minestrone soup tomorrow afternoon after 2pm? Yum yum!

Phenomenal day gentlemen! I made it home at 2.30 with 140km in my legs. Richie, glad you made it home! The horrible weather lead to an early left turn onto Dalry road. I think George's virus decided to get off at kilbirnie! Change of pace was a killer! See you all next week! Andy
