Hello everyone, Not sure if this is of use to anyone but I found an eBay site selling 105 5700 pedals for a not bad price. They are brand new and priced at £29.50 delivered. They appear to be the exact same as the ultegra 6600 pedals from a couple of years back and if I remember right they were a dam sight dearer than that. Cheers Ritch 21 again. I was out today since I am missing tomo and the Clune Brae was not nice to me even although it was my birthday. Ah well, maybe try and get out tomo at some point depending how I feel. Ps got my Easton wheels from my good lady for birthday so well chuffed with that. Jod

I can confirm the 0945 bunch took the same route as they flew passed me on my slow trudge along the Old Greenock Road coming out of Bishopton. My legs chucked it after turning on to the A78 and I was dropped like a lead balloon Bailed out at the Red Smiddy and got myself back in to Renfrew to the call of a nice warm bath. As my school reports always said must do better !!!!!!! Jody

Hello all, I opted for a short trip in to see Willie and my bars were replaced on my Scott and the groupset arrived for the Ribble and this has now been fully assembled. Took the Ribble out for a couple of hours today and must say I am very impressed. Just need to keep getting out and get the miles in, hopefully do both bikes some justice Thanks Jody

Hello Alan, Welcome along. I've only recently joined the club and only been out a coue of times myself. Not sure what is happening tomo, there is normally a few posts on already about the cycle. I'm going to keep an eye to see if there is any further interest in a 30 milers group run for tomo. If not much interest then I think I'll give the early morning a miss and try and get out later on tomo. It's normally a 0930 meet at Miller Street, Johnstone(outside clubroom) and head off from there. Hope this helps Jody

Hello everyone, Can I firstly apologise for my thoroughly embarrassing display today and also for holding you guys up at points. Believe it or not I did enjoy parts of the cycle today and now I'm struggling to move, and the stairs in the house are looking quite painful to negotiate. Anyway thanks again to everyone for putting up with me and all the advice that I was given today. Need to keep getting out on the bike and now I know what I'm aiming for. Jody

Hello, Was going to take the car to Johnstone tomo, does anyone know if there is a time limit for parking in the supermarket car park ??? I know some will fine you £60 if you park for longer than a couple of hours. Not really wanting to risk that. Cheers Jonathan
