  9. Hard day in the saddle for me today. Thankfully Paul kindly gave me a wheel to hang on to but I couldn't even manage to do that as my legs were gubbed after that hard pace setting through Ardrossan. On the plus side made it home with 70 + miles in the legs. Onwards and Upwards Colin

  14. Great run today managed to hang on till the last mile or so but the pace will also have helped work off those Xmas and New Year excesses. Back to salads and rice cakes for me now Colin

  21. Great run today in glorious sunshine. Enjoyed trying to catch the breakaway guys although my legs were obviously not on the same wavelength as my brain today. Oh well maybe next time out they will be. Even enjoyed cleaning the bike when I got home. Merry Xmas Colin
