Evening all. It's not going my way this front mech lark. I have for sale a Band on Centaur front mech in silver. I bought the 32mm on the advice of the people I bought my frame off and it turned out to be too small. Ribble won't accept the return as I opened the packaging to identify it as too small Yours for £20 So, I'm in the market for a band on Campag front mech in 35mm!

Great ride today guys, really enjoyed it! Ben was great value for that Kotm, he absolutely monstered me up that last climb! I got my revenge, however, by keeping the bottle he lent me! Muah ha ha! Seriously, i'll give it back next week. Looking forward to next Sunday and to my Tuesday night TT debut the week after!

Good thinking, but I'm fairly certain its goosed... I took it off last night, filled it with GT85 and Plus Gas and kept moving it back and forth through it's travel, changed the cable and outer and all that good stuff to no avail. So I ordered a new one off Ribble this morning!

It was more the cursing that would come from the person on my wheel when I suddenly slow to a crawl and kick my mech into place that I was concerned about!

Thanks for the invite on the other thread! I'll give it a miss this week as my bike is somewhat "shedded" after flanders (i'm having to kick it into the little ring!) and wouldn't want to hold up/annoy anybody as a result. If this isn't going to pose an issue to you, I may well still come along. I'm all up for the following Sunday though, assuming I can find your club rooms!

Following herself being stuck in the house with a sick dog whilst I was gadding about in Flanders, I've been refused a pass to head back to Cumbria this weekend for the Lakeland Loop. As a result, I'd like to do the distance of said event, at about the same pace (Minus Hardknott I'm glad to say!). So about 80-85 miles in about 4.5-5 hours. If I can combine it with meeting up with a few of you guys then so much the better. I'm even flexible on the route! "What's the catch?!" I hear you cry. Well, in order to be back in time to walk the dogs and still watch Roubaix with the haul of grog I smuggled back from Bruges, I'll need to set off from Quarriers/ BoW by 0830! Any takers?

Hi guys, ran into your 15 lads first of all in the Markt in Bruges, secondly on the road to Ninove when they TTT's past me (I apologise for my derisory turn on the front!) and afterwards just past the finish. They all looked like they had a whale of a time. Myself, I had everything go wrong that could bar a puncture or crash... stewards sending me the wrong way (adding 15km to the 260!), losing my big ring, losing a bottle, snapping my chain on the Muur and to cap it all, losing my swanky Polar computer on some cobbles before the first of the real bergs! And I still had a fantastic day out! Anyway, I'll hopefully be joining your number soon as I've moved into Quarriers about 6 weeks ago so hope to meet you all again soon.
