I did something similar to this before Flanders when, like now, I have struggled to find enough time for long rides.
It does hurt (a lot!) but it certainly made a difference for me!

Ascent bib shorts and s/s jersey, both medium for me.

Seriously thinking about riding this with my Giant Defy and bigger tyres. Riding it on the Dogma would not be comfortable at all.....................why did I sell that Specialized Roubaix anyway?
-
Unfortunately I am returning from France that day so won't be able to help.
-
Rain, I can deal with - Scotland doesn't have a roof after all.
Paris-Roubaix is not know for gale force winds though. And I did it on the Tacx today anyway. Although to be fair, they make the cobbled sections more difficult by increasing the resistance not by trying to shake out your fillings!!!

Wimped out when my camper van was blown onto the hard shoulder of the M8. Decided the turbo was both drier and safer!

I am having a problem with paying for the shuttle. They suggested that my group leader pay the 30EUR and mention my name so that it is allocated. Please pay this and I will of course reimburse euros or pounds, whichever suits.
Thanks

Hard frost in Langbank and Erskine bridge was icing over last night. From experience, I prefer my clavicles in their current condition, so reluctantly I think I will be going on the turbo for one of MacB's relaxing little sessions!

Yep Me too. Annoyingly I seemed to forget how to count to 5 for the first two sets and ended up doing 6 each time!!
It was not a pretty sight at the end.
