  1. The weather is due to be great on Sunday so I'm required on Millport for a leisurely one and then a trip to Nardini's (hard life!) and won't make the Dunoon ride. Is there anything planned for Saturday?
  2. Thanks very much. Seems like a friendly group this, looking forward to meeting you all soon. Maybe even on Sunday!
  3. Ah! That sounds great but I just noticed the date. I'm at T in the Park and if I wasn't I'd be up Mont Ventoux watching Le Tour! Either that or watching it on ITV4. So Arran is 4th choice I'm afraid! Wouldn't mind giving it a bash later in the summer though
  4. Haha George - 20mph average dropped to 15 that day! 20-25 is about average on my commute which is Paisley > Linwood > Bridge of Weir > Georgetown > Erskine Billy what's the counting house? I'm not from round here, sorry.
  5. What's the route? I've always wanted to do Arran...
  6. I never said 20 was a dawdle. It's below my average speed so I should cope I did a 5-hour ride up through the Campsie Fells a few weeks ago and only had 2 bananas. A good breakfast sees me right Billy/George I'm on Maxwellton Street. If I'm coming where should I get you? Thanks
  7. I've never used them. If I have anything it'll be a banana. I live in Paisley (unfortunately!) Haha
  8. Food? I never eat on rides. That kinda pace suits me right down to the ground though. Where is Miller Street?
  9. I'm tempted to make this my first. What kind of pace will you be doing on the ride?
  10. I've been into Cycling (seriously) for about 4 years but I think it's time to take it to the next level. I currently do a 25km route to work and back each day but also do longer rides of +100km for fun as well. I'd be interested in joining the club but I'm not used to riding with company. How do I get involved?
