  8. Hi Colin, Tomorrows route will be as flat as possible in Renfrewshire. Basically, Johnstone, Houston, Georgetown Rd, Bishopton, Kilmacolm, Auchentibber, Quarriers then Bridge of Weir, approx. 35 miles at 12-14 MPH. At Bridge of Weir option for more miles or head for home as we normally have people from various different areas. Nobody gets left behind in this group and we re-group if there is a split. Hope to see you at Miller St. Ken

  19. Chris, hopefully someone will organise this Sundays run, watch the thread in the days to come. Pace would be approx 12-14 mph. Normally route will be around 30 miles, with an option to lengthen the run should all or some wish to do so. Nobody gets dropped or left behind, or left in unfamiliar surroundings, so don't worry about that. As I say, one of the other group regulars hopefully will take this run on Sunday. Ken
  20. I'm not available this Sunday, so if anyone wants to arrange a run, please do so.
  21. 5 of us including Louise, Bill T, Kirsty and first timer, Ross had a pleasant run to Stewarton via Lochwinnoch, Beith and back via Lugton and Howwood. Hope you enjoyed it Ross and hope to see you out again.
  22. Meet at Miller St, 09.00, route depends on who is there, but will be suitable for newbies and returners. Ken
