Will be leaving the house 0930 then riding for an hour before i meet up with blackbob and the rest of the renfrew guys at renfrew bogs 10:30. A quality training run and a good work out with plenty of hill work to get you going. Nobody gets dropped - wait on each climb for last man. Run ends at the cafe lochwinnoch for latest 1pm.
