Meeting at car park 10:30am for bike sizing etc . Coaching starts at 11:00am till 12:00 ish. All welcome bring trainers and clothing which willl get dirty, gloves or track mitts recommended also bring cycle helmet. kenny MacD ps donation of £2 per session for upkep and maintenance of bikes please.
