It's an endurance sort of coaching session it's like racing but not as daft , could do some drills then 200 and other bits and pieces

Jan did it last week said it was a good session

I did this last night there was another 9 so 10 in total it was a really good session and I would recommend it to all the track riders especially those who would like to race

What we did was warm up then 40 laps scratch with 35 behind the Derny , elimination race , kerin Italian pursuit

Great fun and good workout
