Stevie Blom Posted October 17, 2003 Report Share Posted October 17, 2003 hi folkes just back from a trip to italy in the area of "venezia" which is in the north east of the country. mostly we where in podova and venice..... all nice to see but i could not believe the amount of cyclists on the road as part of clubs and still competing in club events which we could see from the motorway. some of the bikes they had where top class , all top of the range. stopped of at a local shop to check oot the colnago c40 hp which was going for 3500 euro with campaq record all round.(a good bit cheaper than what we would pay) ive been to most parts of italy including the best holiday resort "rimini". that wee guy pantani lives near that part in a town called cesanatico and thats cyclists heaven. well its been 6 days since iw as on my bike and feel as if ive put on another 4stone , ill better make my way down to the club this tuesday night eh ?? catch you all on saturday morning if any1 is going for a spin. stevie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
