Circuit was challenging in that it was narrow, twisting, wet bits under trees and made more fun by leaves and small branches on the course from the howling wind! Anyway, same for everyone. Was fast and furious from the word go. I got absolutely hammered and was pulled out along with half the field (of those still in the race) before the finish after being lapped. Ben was one of those who lapped me but he was also pulled out as he was in the same wee group I was in when the pulling out was going on.
