2023 Subscriptions David Thomson Posted June 20, 2010 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 Me and Jim had a go at our respective races down in Ayrshire over a very testing course. Jim punchered just after leaving the neutrilsed zone as the road surfaces were on a level par with Renfrewshire's. I on the other hand lost my only water bottle around the same area before I had drunk a thing. Was very badly placed for the start of the Nic of Balloch and spent the first part of it manouvering threw the slower riders and by the top was pleased I could keep my bike upright. Tried some suicidal decending but was unable to get to the group in front even thought I could see them for just in front of me for about 10 miles.
