Members Richard
After a grey start and the bob-sleigh run down the access ramp at the bridge, scary stuff, incidentally hope all the guy's that came off are okay. You must feel left out, Kenny - the only one no' to have fallen over. I suffered no ill effects from the spill. Pity I cannae say the same about my all-cake diet over Christmas. I was sluggish today. Too much seasonal overindulgence and no' enough time in the saddle. Fingers crossed that those miles will make the next run easier. The quintet that left the main bunch at Greenock had to stop no' long after for a mechanical: Kev's derailleur sheared off. He rode back to Glasgow on an improvised singlespeed after much kerbside chain-breaking. Well done that man!
granttod
Good to hear it was a good day for all. The weather changed for the better. Thanks for letting me join up for the first few miles to Houston.
