Tony
I think the results are a little selective - I know for example that Steve Turbitt (Glasgow MBC) has been missed out for some reason - he lapped me so definitely should be in the top 10. Also I believe there were a few DNFs (my race number was 17 and I counted at least 15 on the start grid.) Anyway in the unlikely event that any of the Glenmarnock guys are reading this I would like to thank them for hosting the race and for turning up in the hostile weather conditions which presumably contributed to the small size of the field. The park was sodden and the going very heavy as a result - mud was 5 or 6 inches deep in parts and we had to run/push for about 20% of the course. Anyway apart from that it was great
