Coffee and cake was enjoyed by all in Gourock, except Joyce and Dave who have a more serious attitude towards training at the moment. The athletes, Chung, Howie, Campbell and Mike, set off for Inverkip to climb to Loch Thom and then the Haylie Brae. Those with athletes feet, Me, Frank, Lesley and Stephen plus new start John preferred to travel in the same direction as the wind back to Bishopton.
