Guest Jim Daly
I'm planning on regularly setting off from Bull's Garage in Bridge of Weir at 9am. Head to Clubhouse on Miller Street, Johnstone, for 9:15. Will roll down the cycle route to Lochwinnoch and on to Dalry/Kilwinning for a backroads return. All flatlanders welcome for an easy pace with minimal hills/cafe stops. Anyone terrified of fixed wheel or single speed bikes should consider alternative arrangements... Dougie Da Rosa
In my experience of those kinda bikes Jim it really depends who is in charge of them that gives most concern.
Tony
Just a note to keep an eye out for Christian Opitz from Berlin, he is studying in Paisley and looking for Saturday morning training runs. I bumped into him at the Mugdock cyclocross today. It seems he asked Dooleys about local clubs and they nominated us.
Guest Jim Daly
I won't make the normal fixed run tomorrow. Instead, Aileen will be teaching me how to go her tandem. Does anyone have stabilisers that I can borrow?
Frank
What's your route Jim? I may join you for some of the way if the timings right. Otherwise I'll head down the cycletrack towards Kilbirnie for a repeat of last week. Frank
