Route is up Bowfield, Lugton,Dunlop, Stewarton,Kingsford, Clunch Road to A77 cycletrack and cut off for Windfarm visitor centre for coffee break. Return via Newton Mearns, Barrhead, Paisley. Approx 45 miles and steady up hill all the way to visitor centre , with reward of decent on way back. Suitable for newcomers as flat pace is around 15/16mph and no one is left behind.
