Route via Bowfield hill, Hessilhead, Burnhouse, Torranyard, Benslie and then through Kilwinning to Mill for coffee stop. Mainly on quite roads with a few hills. Approx 45 miles return which is easily achievable in a bunch run. Bring your bike, some cash for coffee and a spare tube and join the fun. A twisty route through the lanes and a brisk pace on the way back along the social route.
