Guest fatblokeonbike
The file is an EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) file. I don't understand why something as sophisticated as CorelDraw won't handle it. A swift search through usenet and the alt.corel.graphics newsgroup came up with - > Anyone know why, when I import several high res EPS graphics into a Corel > document they print all dithered & pixelated if I click on either "Resolve > link" or Update link"? If I don't do that, they print fine. All printing's done on a postscript laserjet printer. > > Randy > i don't actually know about this specifically but i do remember in older versions of corel (8/9) that having much grief with eps's generally. so much grief that our service bureau asked us not to use eps into corel. perhaps try using the "post-script interpreted" filter rather than the eps import filter? ruth [unquote] My Photoshop 5(!) opens it, with either the EPS filter or the Generic EPS filter. I've passed all this onto Steve Joughin but if anyone's a whizz with graphic file formats, please step in and help. Yooors, Iain.
