Dougie Da Rosa Posted January 19, 2007 Report Share Posted January 19, 2007 Absolutely MENTAL!! The weather could not have been any worse,wind and rain all weekend,even snow on sunday morning. The mud was so bad we used 18 pairs of brake disc pads between us and got to the point where we had to run downhill as we were metal to metal on the brakes and unsafe.We finished 22nd out of 79, 4 man teams so quite pleased with that.Swore on sunday I would never do it again but time is a great healer and am already planning for next year,glutten for punishment eh?.
