S'pose I'll go with the 10am group despite my crisis of confidence.
If I get over the Erskine bridge with em I should be ok for a bit.
I'll take my train fare & compass for when the inevitable happens....

It was a really fantastic pace today, heads down and really strong team working. I started burning out on the hills on the return and thanks to Paul for helping me back on twice. The puncture at stewarton saved me getting properly dropped in the climb out!
Brilliant ride!!

That was a great run this morning though the pace on the westferry was blistering.
Thanks to James for trying to get me back on.

Okay so what key holders can accept a delivery of 14 cartons if beautiful minestrone soup tomorrow afternoon after 2pm? Yum yum!

Me too, who to?

Ill be out with the 945 for a nice and fast run in! Ill also bring my keys on the run in the off chance we catch all (unlikely but hopefully)
As for the soup drop, I cant do on the day (ill be sleeping) but on saturday morning or night or friday night I could open for the drop? Drop me a line andy if thats any use.
Greg
If you still want a soup drop I'm picking up some cartons now. Say about 12 pints of minestrone.

Guys
I'm happy to bring a pot of soup down on the sunday morning. Is there a cooker in the clubrooms?

Checked the weather tomorrow morning and it all looks above freezing, cloudy turning to rain later.

Phenomenal day gentlemen! I made it home at 2.30 with 140km in my legs.
Richie, glad you made it home! The horrible weather lead to an early left turn onto Dalry road.
I think George's virus decided to get off at kilbirnie! Change of pace was a killer!
See you all next week!

Crikey! Oh my god!
Freezing my nuts off 65 kilometres doing an impression of a cyclist's version of "Finding Nemo"!
Moral if the story (multiple choice)?
A) never give up

C) read the forum

Fantastic pace set by Hincapie, Billy, Gregg and Kenny over last 5 miles.
Very positive end to a grand ride from Largs.
Thought I might need a lung from Mark

What a day!
Tom, I hope youre doing okay? Sounds like you had a really nasty one! Not sure if the A&E clean out with their scrubbing brush can be more traumatic?
Look forward to hearing how you're doing and seeing you back soon!!

I can vouch for that George. It was a hellish 70k to Largs with a headwind!
Shame I missed you guys this morning though I reckon I'd have been a complete passenger!!
