Just a note to echo the thanks to Tony for the education this morning and to the rest of the group for the training runout. With a bit more practice at the single through and off thingy, we will be giving the main bunch a run for their money !!

Hi
Thanks Greig & Elaine for planning the trip to sunny Largs. Claimed the Bagel Basket from those Paisley Velo upstarts.
Well done to everyone getting up the Haylie and looking forward to the wee sail over to Dunoon next Sunday.
Carol & Dave
Thanks to all for the run today. New roads for us and first time down the braes road to Johnstone, great surface and flat out. Thanks to Chung for the bike fashion tips and will have it in catwalk condition next time out.

HI Grieg, I would be interested in the option of a 30 mile type run, as sometimes a shorter run with a cafe stop is welcome plus any newbies may be put off by the longer runs. Is anyone else thinking along similar lines? Carol
Hi all
Just to say thanks for the run today about 55 miles some challanging hills legs a wee bit sore but glad I did it. Really enjoyed our coffee stop at the Bagle Basket and thanks to Chung for coming back to check on me as I stopped to find out if a sheep was ok, as it turned out it had just given birth. Also thanks to John and the other guys for spurring me on up the hills

Billy, thanks for the coaching tonight. The breaking drills were very worthwhile and informative and after a few runs we were breaking like champions. The balance drills were also good and the cycle limbo was great fun and good for your technique at the same time. Picked up a few other tips as well and look forward to next week..Carol
