Members Aileen McGlynn Posted March 8, 2006 Members Report Share Posted March 8, 2006 Hi Guys, Just thought I would drop you all a note from my warm weather training camp in Mallorca. it is 19 degrees over here. Did a gym session yesterday morning and then 5 x 1km efforts in the afternoon. Today the temperature heated up and we went out for a 3 hour ride.
