Tony
Anybody want to go out for a few hours on Monday morning? How about this route - http://bikeroutetoaster.com/Course.aspx?course=233256 ...it's 39 miles. Thinking of leaving Miller St at 0930? If anyone wants to go out but has other ideas about route/timing please shout, I don't want to impose my agenda on anyone. Only thing is I need to be home by 1300 at the latest. Thanks
Colin McPhee
As a newbie, looks like I cd manage the route. Suggest leaving at 9 to be back earlier But will go with the flow Colin

Tony
Hi Colin looks like Billy might be heading round the coast for a longer run (no doubt you have seen the other post). If that is the case then I suggest we tag along with Billy as far as Largs then turn right up Brisbane Glen, then right again up the Whinhill road to head for Kilmacolm, then onto the cycle track back to Johnstone. That will be a nice run of about 45 miles, slightly longer than the other route I posted but possibly a bit less lumpy, what do you think? If on the other hand Billy decides to have a lie-in we can proceed with plan A...?? Thanks Tony

Guest EPCC
Tony My legs are shreaded might just skip the long route and go with your route, however that all depends on quantity of wine i drink tonight
Colin McPhee
Good run today and good company. Heavy legs at the start soon loosened off and nice easy pace. Including the run over from Bishopton managed 55 miles all in. Colin
