Tony
I have a Specialized Hardrock MTB frame that is looking for a home (free of charge). It is a 19" frame (roughly 22" sloping top tube) - to suit someone about 5'9" to 6". It is made of aluminium, with modern compact geometry, and has mudguard and rack eyelets. V/canti mounts only - will not take disc brakes. The catch is that one of the bottom bracket cups is seized in the frame - in fact I have left the whole bottom bracket in for now since it seems to have plenty of life left in it. I am not noted for my upper body strength so someone else might well be able to get the seized cup out. This frame would make a good commuter/hack bike for somebody so it seems a shame to bin it. As I said the bb bearings probably have plenty of life left anyway.
