C21 Multisport in association with the Braveheart Cycling Fund

 

 

 

Present an Evening of Talks & Presentations on

Cycling Racing Technique and Strategies.

 

Main Speakers:

 

Brian Smith: Former British Champion & Continental Professional

Graham McGaritty: Multiple Scottish Champion & Road Racing legend.

Others TBC.

 

Time: Monday 29th May 2006. 19.30 – 21.30

 

Location: Carronvale House, Larbert, Stirlingshire. 30 minutes drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh, 1 hour from Dundee. 5 minutes walk from Larbert Railway station.

 

All are welcome. It will be of particular benefit to juniors and new senior riders who want to improve their racing skills and results.

 

Brian, Graham and others will be talking about how to race better. Passing on the fine detail of techniques and skills that are not described in the training manuals. Explaining why some riders make it look easy when you are dying.

 

The evening's focus will not be on training.

 

Everyone who attends will learn something that makes him or her a better racing cyclist. Tell your club mates.

 

Booking is Essential. Places are limitted

 

Seniors 5 Pounds, Juniors & Youths Free, but you must book in advance.

 

All profit will be given to the Braveheart fund.
