Great. Thanks for replying. Will attend Sunday 6th Sept. Glad to hear no one gets left behind. I'm not the fastest. Been doing 50 mile runs lately. Not much fun on your own though.

Can any one come along on these runs? would like to try the 30 miles to see how I go with the pace.
