Haven't managed to get my garden stuff finished, so I won't be joining in. Still, there's always next week,except I'm working,so it'll be the week after that.

I'm up for that. Weather permitting, of course. And getting some garden type stuff sorted on saturday.

Turned out not too badly. 4 brave souls venturing out into the wet and windy weather. We didn't do the long run, just kilbirnie on the cycle track, beith, lochwinnoch, Kilmalcolm, bridge of weir and home. Clocked up about 35 miles, and my kit will take days todry out.

Hi, I'm Alan, proud owner of an elderly converted hybrid and really just getting interested in cycling as a way of getting a decent amount of exercise. I got hooked by the velodrome experience (the scars hardly show now) and realise I need to be much fitter to enjoy it properly.

I guess I'll be up for a number of 30 miler runs over the next few months, and yes, I do intend to sort out membership.

Not sure if I want to do this or the 30 mile run. I guess I can decide on the day.

Really enjoyed my first group run. I'm definitely up for more
