Hoping to make it on Sunday as well - clubrooms 9 30

Hi I was wondering if anyone else in the club is signed up to do this event as I'm training for it at the moment. It includes a climb of the dukes pass and the crow from lennoxtown and would be good if any others from the club fancied doing it as a small bunch

Good run today and good company. Heavy legs at the start soon loosened off and nice easy pace. Including the run over from Bishopton managed 55 miles all in.

Enjoyed the run on Sunday. Pity I mistook the 40 sign for the 30 at Sandbank and allowed Dave to take sprint jersey - oh well another time Good luck to those spotivistes among you next weekend
