Normally, George, you don't have to worry about being pumped out the back. That is my mantle!! I have only been at it for two years but I am consistent.
However the Land Rover will have all seven bikes mounted this Sunday as we are all riding down the new section of the M74.

I can make it tonight but we do not appear to have the numbers. Houston roundabout for a Renfrewshire tour?

Alan apologies for digressing.
Tapering for the Etape Caledonia this week. (I am better at tapering than cycling I believe!!) so I will be have an easy hour or so on Thursday. APR was great fun a couple of weeks back but I am also in need of hill work. Alternating weeks would be ideal.

Guys
I will be in wave F or something (still to check with my usual adept forward planning) as I was originally doing it with Heidi. However you can pretty much start when you like. The timing chip registers when you pass through the start gate so if we start as a bunch there should not be a problem

No desire to drown while cycling. Monsoon in Langbank. Forecast is better for pm so I'll go out later

Will try to make it but if not there early, do not wait for me - travelling back from Denmark so it would be good to get the legs moving again
